• Lead and mentor a team of 2+ analytical lab professionals
• Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure timely and accurate completion of laboratory projects
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the lab
• Coordinate and monitor laboratory activities to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory standards
• Oversee analytical testing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established protocols

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Minimum 4 years in an analytical laboratory environment, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
